Google Cloud, AWS & Azure generally differ from many point of views, heading from the basis of its pricing policy to offering heads. In case of Azure you can enforce various people to manage their permissions with Active Directory or you can nominate them to become co-admins. Whereas you will have to use the same login in AWS. Azure SDK contains some functions that could use something smoothing out, but the process to implement such functions are usually vast which could even take a month to process.
